Our team is made up of working bar professionals. People who pour drinks for a living, not just on weekends. They are RAMP certified, experienced with high-volume service, and they know how to read a room.
Whether your event calls for craft cocktails or straightforward beer-and-wine service, they deliver. We are selective about who joins our team because your event deserves better than good enough.
Future enhancement: a "Meet Our Bartenders" feature where clients can browse profiles. A bartender portal will eventually let team members manage their own profiles.
Meet the Founders
Split Base was founded in 2025 by Jesse Roldan and Chase Nelson. Two bar industry veterans with a combined 20+ years of experience running some of Central PA's most successful bar programs.
Jesse Roldan
Co-Founder
Jesse leads the creative side of Split Base. With over a decade behind the bar, he helped launch the acclaimed cocktail bar High Dive and currently runs operations at The Watershed Pub. He brings deep cocktail knowledge and high standards to every event we serve.
Chase Nelson
Co-Founder
Chase handles the operational side. Former GM of several notable establishments and current GM of The Watershed Pub, he knows how to run a tight ship. Logistics, staffing, service flow. Chase makes sure everything runs smoothly so you do not have to think about it.
